At Shayora, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at ranamalravindu@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
